We are a Central Production Unit (“CPU”) based in Shoreditch, London, the company was founded by Adam Gilbert who has over 30 years’ experience in the catering industry. Together with our consultant chefs who themselves have experience in a wide range of food concepts, Sticky Fingers has built a reputation as a leading bespoke food manufacturer in London. Being based in Shoreditch we are in the heart of the food revolution delivering fresh healthy food, day & night all over the Capital and we work with some of the best loved restaurants, bars, members club, cafes, delis, market stalls & pop ups.

At Sticky Fingers Food we are focused on developing and producing made-to-order products for food service chains and franchises with the aim of delivering consistently affordable quality dishes including: soups, sauces, chillies, dressings, marinades, sous-vide, and slow cooked recipes, desserts, cakes. Our loyal kitchen team produces products to the highest standard possible, following detailed specification guides whist maintaining the highest food hygiene and safety practices, and we are accredited by SALSA.

We work very closely with our clients from concept through to development & production whilst listening and modifying to personalised specifications which are trialled meticulously .   We can develop recipes for the clients’ own requirements and can offer full costings and transparency to ensure the projected margins are achieved.

Tailor-made recipes and individual requirements

The provenance of our ingredients is key to what we do and we have full traceability of all our products.
We produce all of our dishes from our fully accredited and licensed production kitchen in Shoreditch. All of our dishes are made in small batches to order, by the experienced and longstanding members of our team, who are very grateful to be able to offer a different direction to their usual roles. 

Everything we supply is cooked and ready to eat with simple reheating instructions.
